Process characteristics of oil and gas recovery equipment for oil tankers
(1) The processing technology is stable, reasonable, reliable, practical, and technologically advanced;
(2) Wide adaptability: suitable for the recovery of VOCs waste gas in a large concentration range, and can simultaneously achieve VOCs recovery in low concentration waste liquids;
(3) High recovery rate: The use of activated carbon fiber has a large adsorption capacity and high adsorption efficiency. The recovery rate of VOCs in the exhaust gas entering the treatment system can reach above, and the exhaust gas can ultimately achieve standard emissions;
(4) High purity of recycled VOCs: The purity of recycled VOCs is high and can be directly reused in production;
(5) High degree of automation: The system adopts a PLC control system, which can achieve unmanned operation.
(6) Safety: Not only was the flash point of the solvent, wind speed in the air duct, and the rate of adsorption and heat release of different solvents considered in the design, but also in terms of passive safety, flame arresters were used to avoid equipment flashback, and a remote temperature detection system was used for temperature control, greatly improving the overall safety and reliability of the equipment.
