Oil and gas recovery equipment for oil tankers - o-xylene condensation equipment - VOCs, which introduces volatile VOCs gas into the equipment's cold box (with condensation temperature set at 3 ℃ -40 ℃ -75 ℃ -115 ℃). Other temperature zones can be customized to follow the demand for gradual condensation liquefaction. Part of the continuous production processes have implemented a dual path switching process in the low-temperature section, where one side experiences ice blockage and is directly transferred to another heat exchange cold box for condensation, while the ice blockage side undergoes defrosting treatment.

Process characteristics of oil and gas recovery equipment for oil tankers

(1) The processing technology is stable, reasonable, reliable, practical, and technologically advanced;

(6) Safety: Not only was the flash point of the solvent, wind speed in the air duct, and the rate of adsorption and heat release of different solvents considered in the design, but also in terms of passive safety, flame arresters were used to avoid equipment flashback, and a remote temperature detection system was used for temperature control, greatly improving the overall safety and reliability of the equipment.
