1、 Overview:
The nitrogen blower is used for sample preparation and collection in gas phase, liquid phase, and mass spectrometry analysis. The Jinlan water bath series adopts production technology, which inputs nitrogen into the surface of heated samples through external gas cylinders, and uses the inert characteristics of nitrogen to concentrate and extract samples. This method has the characteristics of time-saving, simplicity, easy control and operation, and short experimental results,. This technology adopts solid-phase extraction pretreatment technology instead of traditional liquid-phase extraction and chromatography technology, enabling rapid separation and purification of samples. Using nitrogen blowing instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration is suitable for sample extraction with small sample sizes. The water bath nitrogen blower is widely used in fields such as food safety, medicine, pesticide residue detection, and clinical pharmacokinetics

3、 Technical parameters:
1. Under the same environmental conditions, the dryness and wetness of the heating medium, the degree of contamination in the fume hood, and the purity of the blowing gas all affect the evaporation concentration effect.
2. To prevent cross contamination, the gas needle tube should be cleaned promptly after each use. (Mainly in the lower part)
3. The working voltage of the instrument is 220V, and the power supply must be grounded. Be careful not to let water enter the interior of the chassis.
4. If using a water bath heating method, more than 2/3 of the water tank volume should be added to the sink, and dry burning is strictly prohibited.
5. When starting to introduce nitrogen, the valve should be slowly opened to prevent the sample from splashing, causing loss and contamination.
6. Using a flow meter, before opening the valve, adjust the flow meter to its minimum, then slowly open the valve.
7. The fluid pressure of the flowmeter is 0.2 MPa.
8. After the nitrogen blower is installed, the safety fixing screws must not be removed under any circumstances.
9. This device is a precision electromechanical integrated equipment. Under no circumstances may the user disassemble this instrument without authorization. Any instrument that has been disassembled without authorization will not be covered by warranty.
10. When adjusting the temperature, please do not press the temperature control button for a long time, as it may cause temperature control disorder.
