Overview The LZDC series metal tube float flowmeter (also known as metal rotor flowmeter) has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, wide applicability, high accuracy, and easy installation. Compared with glass rotor flow meters, this series of flow meters has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, strong sense of safety, and concise readings. And it can be applied to flow measurement of opaque and corrosive media. The instrument tube body and flange are made of stainless steel (ICr18Ni9Ti or OCr18Ni12Mo2Ti). The float is made of stainless steel, and the corrosion-resistant float and tube lining are made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Measuring principle As shown in Figure 1, it consists of two parts: a flow sensor and a flow indicator. The float is vertically installed inside the conical measuring tube and can freely float up and down in the conical tube due to the action of the fluid. Indicator selection
M1 series indicator
The displacement of the magnetic float in the measuring tube is directly converted into flow rate through magnetic coupling
The value is indicated through a pointer and dial system.
Stainless steel stamping and surface polishing;
Mechanical pointer on-site flow indication, lightweight and aesthetically pleasing structure.
M2 series indicator
The displacement of the magnetic float in the measuring tube is directly converted into a flow rate value through magnetic coupling
It is indicated by the pointer and dial system, and converted into an electrical signal output at the same time.
