Our company is an early manufacturer of polypropylene water jet vacuum pumps. Our products won the Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award in 1993 and have been continuously improved for 21 years to provide you with the most stable and high-performance polypropylene water jet vacuum pumps.
Manufacturer of water jet vacuum pumpOverview
The RPP water jet vacuum pump is a product independently developed by our company, which is made of reinforced polypropylene plastic through one-time injection molding. It has high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, smooth surface, simple structure, and small volume. Among similar products, it has the longest service life, large displacement, and high vacuum degree. It is an ideal product to replace SZ type water ring pumps and W-type reciprocating vacuum pumps.
This pump is capable of pumping corrosive gases at temperatures up to 150 ℃. When used in series with a steam jet pump, it can achieve higher vacuum levels and is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, brewing, metallurgy, and environmental protection. It is mainly used in processes such as vacuum absorption, vacuum filtration, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum transportation, vacuum deoxygenation, and vacuum oxygenation. Our factory can provide complete sets of vertical and horizontal units. Users can also choose our factory's series of supporting products such as corrosion-resistant pumps, check valves, pipelines, etc.
Model and Technical Parameters
Note:
① Measurement conditions: gas temperature of 20 ℃, atmospheric pressure of 1013.25hPa (equivalent to 760mmHg), relative humidity of 70%, and water temperature of 15 ℃.
② Extraction rate tolerance ± 10%
③ The vacuum degree value in the table refers to the pressure that is negative than the standard atmospheric pressure. (1mmHg=1Torr=133.3Pa (Pa) 0.1Mpa=750mmHg)
