The filter material support layer inside the fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel frame biological deodorization equipment is made of appropriately sized FRP grating. The upper part of the tank is equipped with maintenance and exhaust ports, and the side is equipped with observation ports, air inlets, etc.
Process flow:
The odor first enters the fiberglass plate+steel frame biological deodorization equipment under the suction effect of the fan. Firstly, it is removed of particulate matter and temperature and humidity through the spray water washing section, and then enters the biological filter bed through the gas distributor. The biological filter bed is filled with biologically active media (biological fillers), such as carbonaceous fillers. When the odor enters the filter bed, the pollutants in the odor diffuse from the gas phase to the water film on the outer layer of the medium and are absorbed by the medium. At the same time, oxygen also enters the water film from the gas phase. The microorganisms attached to the surface of the medium consume oxygen and decompose and convert the pollutants into carbon dioxide, water, and inorganic salts, which are discharged on site through the exhaust port. The nutrients required by microorganisms are supplied by the medium itself.
Main process design of fiberglass reinforced plastic and steel frame biological deodorization equipment:
1. FRP centrifugal fan: 1 unit;
2. Spray washing tower: 1 unit;
3. UV photocatalytic deodorization equipment: 1 unit;
4. Integrated biological deodorization equipment (fiberglass plate+steel frame biological deodorization equipment): equipped with one circulating pump.
Technical Requirements:
1) The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel frame biological deodorization equipment consists of a device shell, biological fillers, spray system, air distribution system, external circulation system, and other systems.
2) The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel frame biological deodorization equipment should adopt a horizontal structure and a closed type according to the site conditions. The shell should be a steel frame with both inner and outer fully glass steel ladle seals. The shell is achieved with sufficient rigidity and strength through a steel structure skeleton, and the inner shell should be fully sealed with glass steel to prevent corrosion.
3) In addition to the intake and exhaust ports, the shell of the biological deodorization equipment made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and steel frame should also be equipped with relevant observation windows, detection ports, and packing discharge ports.
4) Due to the uneven flow of odor inside the device, the treatment effect is reduced. Therefore, corresponding diversion devices should be designed, such as gas distribution pipelines or channels, to solve the problem of uneven gas distribution and prevent short flow and gully flow. The upper and lower spaces of the deodorizing biological filter should not be less than 500mm to prevent uneven ventilation and smooth ventilation
5) The inner shell used for biological deodorization tanks should be made of ethylene based, benzene or meta benzene unsaturated polyester resin material, and ortho benzene type polyester resin should not be used; Organic glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) material should have fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and UV resistant characteristics.
6) The fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel frame biological deodorization equipment must be equipped with insulation layer, and the shell should be made of FRP with fireproof, corrosion-resistant, UV resistant, and aesthetic features (thickness ≥ 4mm). The color of the sealing plate will be determined on site according to the buyer's requirements.
7) Fiberglass plate+steel frame biological deodorization equipment. The fiberglass inner shell equipment consists of four layers from inside to outside: inner lining anti-corrosion layer, structural layer, insulation layer, and outer surface layer, with a total thickness of ≥ 60mm. The thickness of the inner lining anti-corrosion layer fiberglass plate is ≥ 6mm.
8) The filling support layer inside the fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and steel skeleton biological deodorization equipment adopts FRP grating, and the filling support layer should ensure sufficient rigidity, strength, and corrosion resistance. In addition to considering the weight of the filler, the strength of the supporting layer and support also needs to take into account factors such as the growth of biofilms and the retention of moisture in the filler.
