Product Introduction: MSM20-8 (Non Self Consumable) Miniature Metal Melting and Suction Casting Furnace is a small arc melting furnace that can flip alloy ingots for multiple melting without damaging the gas protective atmosphere. It can also prepare multiple samples (less than 7) simultaneously. It is an ideal equipment for preparing metal and alloy samples in universities and research institutes, and can be used for the preparation, purification, and mixed applications of new alloy materials.

Product Introduction:The MSM20-8 (non consumable) miniature metal melting and suction casting furnace is a small arc melting furnace that can flip alloy ingots for multiple melting without damaging the gas protective atmosphere, and can simultaneously prepare multiple samples (less than 7). It is an ideal equipment for preparing metal and alloy samples in universities and research institutes, and can be used for the preparation, purification, and mixed applications of new alloy materials.

Installation requirements

This device is required to be used at an altitude of 1000m or below, with a temperature of 25 ℃± 15 ℃ and a humidity of 55% Rh ± 10% Rh.

1. Water: The equipment is equipped with a self circulating cooling water machine (adding purified water or deionized water)

2. Electricity: AC380V 50Hz (63A air switch), must have good grounding

3. Gas: The equipment chamber needs to be filled with argon gas (with a purity of 99.99% or above), and an argon gas cylinder (with a Ø 6mm double socket connector) needs to be provided

4. Workbench: (floor standing) size 900mm × 600mm × 700mm, with a load-bearing capacity of over 200kg

Main Features

1. Equipped with a Ø 120mm furnace door for easy access and storage of samples.

2. There are front and rear observation windows for easy observation of the arc melting state.

3. The vacuum chamber, copper crucible, and arc starting electrode are all cooled by water cooling.

4. The up and down movement adopts a steering wheel design, and the joystick can rotate flexibly.

5. In order to ensure that the alloy ingot can be flipped multiple times for melting without damaging the gas protective atmosphere, a mechanical arm flipping mechanism is used in the melting furnace.

6. The crucible has a small size and a large quantity, which can facilitate the production of multiple samples and avoid mutual contamination between samples.
