Temperature control range
The temperature control range inside the box is between -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -60 ℃, -80 ℃, -100 ℃, -120 ℃, -135 ℃, and -160 ℃. High brightness digital display, adjustable temperature setting value within the range of -10 ℃~-160 ℃, with a unit of adjustment of 1 ℃; TE has a high-resolution temperature calibration function, and the set point can be adjusted and calibrated to increase or decrease by 1 ℃.

Ultra low temperature refrigerators generally use two-stage refrigeration, with R-12 (23.0oz, 28.349 523g) as the refrigerant and a design pressure of 400ppsi (1ppsi=6.894 76X10'Pa) for high pressure and 90ppsi for low pressure. The condenser for di secondary refrigeration and the evaporator for di primary refrigeration are placed together; The refrigerant for the di stage is a mixture of R-503 (8.50z) and R-290 (0.70z), with a designed high and low pressure of 300ppsi. The temperature sensing probe is a thermistor that displays different temperatures on the panel based on the resistance value (i.e. temperature).
Refrigeration process
When the power is turned on, when the temperature displayed on the panel is higher than the set temperature, the di ji compressor starts first, and the di ji refrigeration system starts working, causing the condenser temperature of the secondary refrigeration system to decrease, that is, the refrigerant temperature of di ji decreases. After a few minutes of delay, the second stage refrigeration system also starts working. Its evaporator is on the inner wall of the refrigerator, which can greatly reduce the internal temperature of the refrigerator. All the heat released by its condenser is absorbed by the evaporator of the di ji refrigeration system, and the heat released by the di ji condenser is dissipated into the air. When the internal temperature of the refrigerator reaches the set temperature, the temperature sensing probe resistor transmits information, the control relay loses power and disconnects, and the two-stage refrigeration system stops working. When the temperature inside the ultra-low temperature refrigerator rises again and exceeds the set temperature, the ultra-low temperature refrigerator repeats the above operation process again, so as to keep the temperature inside the refrigerator at around the set temperature.
