The machine consists of three main parts - a heating pot, a mixer, and a lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to 250 degrees Celsius and automatically controlled. The mixer consists of a mixing head, a motor, and a mixing blade. During work, the stirring blade rotates and revolves inside the pot to mix the mixture. The mixing time is controlled by a timer and can be set arbitrarily within the range of 1-999 seconds. The lifting mechanism consists of a motor, a belt reducer, a screw, and other components, used to lift and lower the mixer. When adding or discharging materials, raise the mixer to a high position; And when stirring, the mixer is lowered to a low position.

5、 Maintenance and Precautions

5.1 Maintenance

5.1.1 The screw and guide shaft of the lifting mechanism should be regularly lubricated with grease.

5.1.2 The gearbox of the mixer should have its lubricating oil replaced once a year.

5.1.3 Protect the exposed wires from being subjected to force, sharp objects, or heavy objects.

5.2 Precautions

5.2.1. When the heating pot reaches the set temperature, there is also a temperature overshoot stage, because after the heater stops heating, the heat from the heater itself continues to be transferred to the heating pot. So after stopping heating, there is still a stage where the temperature continues to increase. This process has been optimized by the intelligent controller program in this system, but there may still be a small amount of temperature overshoot, about within 10 degrees. After * temperature overshoot, the temperature will fall back, and then the temperature will automatically stabilize to the set value.

5.2.2. When testing the temperature control system, a certain amount of heating material, such as stones, sand, water, etc., should be placed in the heating pot to transfer the surface temperature of the heating pot to the heating material and reduce temperature overshoot. Otherwise, the temperature inside the heating negative will be much higher than the preset temperature, and the user may think that the temperature control system is faulty.

5.2.3 Temperature error:

The temperature sensor is located on the outer surface of the heating pot, and there is some deviation from the temperature of the heating material at the center of the heating pot, which is a normal phenomenon. Users should use the set temperature as the reference. If users need to reflect the temperature value of a certain point on the inner wall of the pot based on the temperature detected by the sensor, they can refer to the parameter settings section to correct the sensor temperature value to the desired value.

During the storage and transportation of instruments, they are inevitably affected by humid air, and the insulation performance of electrical appliances will decrease to varying degrees, especially the heater will decrease even more. At the beginning stage of power on, there may be varying degrees of induction induced tingling phenomenon. As long as the heating switch is turned on, everything will be fine within a few minutes

Therefore, reliable grounding is necessary before use, with the grounding terminal located on the ground hole of the power socket. Otherwise, all consequences will be borne by oneself.

5.2.5. The lifting rod should be regularly lubricated with grease, at least once per shift.
