The key technology of condensing oil and gas recovery and treatment equipment is mature, relatively low in cost, small in footprint, easy to maintain, and low in operating costs. It only consumes electricity and cooling water (air cooling can also be used), and the recovery benefits far exceed the energy consumption expenditure.
The oil and gas are cooled down first to condense the heavy components of hydrocarbons and water carried in the air, reducing the possibility of frost formation in later stages. In refrigeration, the oil and gas are further cooled to -50~-65 ℃, and then cooled to -100~-110 ℃ through the third refrigeration. The clean cold air condensed from the three cooling systems is heated to 10 ℃ or higher, with the heat source coming from the recovered heat in the refrigeration system.
The gas membrane separation technology of kerosene oil and gas recovery device is a new type of gas separation technology based on the dissolution diffusion mechanism. The driving force for separation is the partial pressure difference of gas components on both sides of the membrane, which utilizes the different permeation rates of gas components through the membrane for gas separation. The organic vapor separation membrane is controlled by dissolution selectivity, with high solubility and fast permeation rate of organic vapor inside the membrane, thus achieving separation from small molecules.
