1、 Packaging sealing

How to maintain the high-pressure cleaning machine in winter

1. Before using the cleaning machine in winter, the power equipment must be checked daily to ensure the normal supply of fuel, oil, medium, and cooling water. The belt should be properly tightened and free from damage such as peeling or cracking; All protective devices are safe, reliable, and undamaged. Control cables and prime mover control devices must be checked daily.

2. Before starting up, check the low-pressure inlet pipeline of the cleaning machine to ensure a certain water pressure and appropriate flow of water. During operation, there should be sufficient water supply from the water tank, and there should be no rust or dirt inside the water tank. The filter must be regularly inspected to ensure that it is not clogged or damaged. When inspecting and replacing the cleaning filter, take strict precautions to prevent solid particles from entering the pump and nozzle through the inlet pipe. The filtration accuracy and filtration area of the filter should be adapted to the requirements of the equipment for water quality and quantity.

3. Before installing the cleaning machine nozzle, rinse the equipment pipeline with water to ensure that the nozzle is not blocked or damaged, and that the nozzle connection thread is intact and undamaged.

4. Special protection should be taken for electrical equipment during the operation of the cleaning machine. Before each use, all electrical boxes, connectors, knobs, cables, instruments, and meters must be checked for damage. This inspection should be routine once a day to ensure that they will not be damaged by water or abrasive erosion during operation. All electrical connectors should be properly placed.

5. When the high-pressure cleaning machine is used in a cold environment, anti freezing measures must be added. The specific method is to remove the spray gun (nozzle), insert the water outlet pipe into the water supply tank, start the machine and circulate the anti freezing agent in the equipment pipeline. If the water in the pump or hose of the cleaning machine has already frozen, it must be de iced to ensure that there is no ice residue in the equipment before restarting.
