3. Turn on the power switch and rotate the motor. Test the switch and see if there is pressure to move the knife up and down smoothly. Otherwise, adjust the power cord.
4. Place the entire processed pig inside the equipment, align the blade with the pork to be chopped, and press the switch to operate.
