Intelligent online density meter (also known as online density transmitter) is a device used for continuous online measurement of liquid concentration and density, which can be directly used in industrial production processes. The density meter adopts technology, including a high-precision differential pressure sensor and a pair of pressure relays connected to it or inserted into the production process. There is a temperature sensor between two pressure relays to compensate for temperature changes in the process liquid. The intelligent online density meter produced by Meixu Measurement and Control is a two-wire density transmitter, mainly used for industrial process control. The online density meter generates a corresponding 4-20mA signal based on the concentration and density, which can be remotely calibrated and monitored through digital communication.



working principle
The intelligent online density meter is essentially a differential pressure transmitter. Its working principle: The pressure generated by a liquid column at a certain height is proportional to the density of the liquid.

According to the pressure values measured by precision pressure instruments, the density value of the measured liquid can be obtained under the condition that the measured ground acceleration (fixed coefficient) and the height of the liquid column are known. Therefore, the height is a fixed value and needs to be determined in advance with the production party.

Selection method
There are three types of structural designs for intelligent online density meters, namely top mounted type, side mounted type, and pipeline mounted type. The top installation type is suitable for tank installation, and the side installation type is suitable for pipeline installation to meet the density measurement requirements under different working conditions

calculation rules
When the intelligent online density meter leaves the factory, the reading on its display head is the real-time density measurement value, which can be directly read.
A density meter with a current output of 4MA corresponds to the lower limit of density measurement, while 20mA corresponds to the upper limit of density measurement. Based on the actual measured current value, convert it according to the current values corresponding to the upper and lower limits of the density meter to obtain its corresponding density value. Precautions

1 . The intelligent online density meter is an automated precision measuring instrument, and its measuring diaphragm must not be subjected to any other external force except for receiving the measured pressure.
2 . When installing an intelligent online densitometer, it should be ensured that it is installed vertically (perpendicular to the ground plane, i.e. ensuring that the measuring liquid column of the densitometer is perpendicular to the horizontal plane), otherwise measurement errors may occur.
When placing an order, the measuring medium, measuring range, ground acceleration (or the name of the region of use), and on-site operating conditions (such as explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, hygiene, etc.) should be clearly stated

When there is no pressure, press the M key for 5 seconds and release it when the ZIRM letter appears in the lower left corner of the display screen. Then press the Z key three times in a row, and when PV=0 appears, press the M key three times in a row. When there are no letters in the lower left corner of the display screen, the reset is complete.
