IHH Chemical Centrifugal Pump

Overview

• The IHH series chemical centrifugal pump is an updated product that replaces the IH type chemical process pump. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of this series of products are the same as those of IH pumps. The product complies with the GB/T5662 standard "Marking, Performance, and Dimensions of Axial Suction Centrifugal Pumps (16 bar)".

• The IHH pump has absorbed the appearance design of the XA pump suspension and added reinforcement ribs on the pump body, making the pump aesthetically pleasing, safe to operate, reliable, and have a long service life.

• IHH pump suspension components: Five suspensions cover the entire series, ensuring fast delivery and minimal inventory.

• IHH pump shaft seal form: According to user needs, packing seal, single end unbalanced machine seal, single end balanced machine seal, single end back-to-back unbalanced machine seal, double end unbalanced machine seal, and double end balanced machine seal can be selected respectively. Sealed safely, reliably, and with a long service life.

• The pump body and impeller are precision cast using wax molds, which have higher efficiency and better appearance quality than IH.

• Couplings generally use elastic pin couplings, and users can choose other connection methods such as extended diaphragm couplings according to their needs.

• The IHH open impeller enhances the conveying capacity of solid particles, is less prone to blockage, and has the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as the IHH closed impeller structure.

• This series of products has been certified with product mark and number: (Shanghai) XK06-003-00039.

• Mainly used for transporting corrosive or non polluting media without suspended particles in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, power station, metallurgy, food, and medicine.

• Flow rate: Q=3.1~1000 (m ³/h)

• Head: H=3.1~132.5 (m)

• Speed: n=1450r/min 2900r/min

• Work pressure: 1.6MPa

• Pump rotation direction: clockwise rotation from the direction of the motor towards the pump
