working principle

The machine is mainly composed of two opposite rotating shafts, with multiple special angle blades welded on the rotating shafts. Driven by the motor, the blades carry animal materials and rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine slot; On the one hand, flip the animal material left and right. At the intersection and overlap of the two rotors, a weightlessness zone is formed. In this zone, regardless of the shape, size, and density of the material, it can float up and be in an instant weightlessness state. This allows the material to form a continuous cycle of flipping in the machine slot, intersecting and shearing with each other, achieving the effect of rapid softening and uniform mixing.
