Centrifugal spray dryers are widely used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical production processes to dry liquid raw materials such as solutions, lotion and suspensions into powders or particles through spray.
working principle
Fresh air is heated into clean hot air through the inlet filter and heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the drying tower. The hot air enters the drying tower uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is sent to the centrifugal spray or pressure nozzle at the top of the drying tower body by the supply pump, and the rotating spray is formed into extremely fine atomized droplets, which are in contact with the hot air in the downstream, and the moisture evaporates rapidly, and is dried into finished products in an extremely short time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is purified by the dust removal system before being discharged.
