Powdered materials are manually added to the mixing container, and first undergo fluidized motion through the rotation of the bottom stirring blade to achieve sufficient mixing. Then, adhesive is injected through a pressure spray gun to turn the dry powder into a moist soft material. At the same time, uniform wet particles are made under the dual action of the stirring blade and the high-speed cutting blade on the side wall. After granulation, it is discharged to the next process (whole granulation or drying).
