Introduction to hollow glass dew point meter equipment

1. Inject about 25mm of ethanol or acetone into the dew point meter glass tube, then add dry ice to lower the temperature to -40 ℃. Turn on the switch of the digital thermometer, insert the thermometer into the glass tube, observe the dew point meter temperature, and maintain the temperature at -40 ℃ by adding dry ice to the glass tube throughout the entire test process.

2. Pour a small amount of ethanol or acetone onto the surface of the sample, and keep the dew point meter in close contact with the sample surface for 3 minutes.

3. Remove the dew point meter and immediately observe whether there is condensation or frost on the inner surface of the glass sample.
