Hitachi launches the HT7700 Exalens model for 120kV transmission electron microscopy,This model inherits the advantages and innovations of the standard version HT7700, such as fluorescence free screen design, full digitization, and large integration, while still retaining the design of the double gap objective lens. The design uses high-resolution objective lens and comes standard with LaB6 filament, achieving breakthrough performance improvement. This model can guarantee a resolution of 0.144nm (lattice image), making it the highest resolution model in the current 120kV transmission electron microscope on the market.

Widely applied in the research fields of nanomaterials and soft materials.

1) A series of soft materials, including high molecular weight polymers, are mostly composed of light elements. It is difficult to obtain high contrast images at high acceleration voltages, but ideal images can be obtained at low acceleration voltages (120kV).

2) The high-resolution objective lens can ensure a resolution of 0.144nm, which can meet the user's requirements for high-resolution images.

3) At lower acceleration voltages, maintain high resolution while minimizing sample damage and obtaining high-quality high-resolution images.
