Heavy oil and gas recovery unitThe system refers to the treatment of the oil and gas exhaled from the oil storage tank during the oil storage process. The heavy oil and gas recovery device system needs to be installed at the gas station that has completed the secondary oil and gas recovery system renovation. Its working principle is that when the oil and gas pressure in the oil storage tank reaches the starting conditions for the third oil and gas recovery device, the third oil and gas recovery equipment starts, converting the oil and gas in the oil tank into liquid and returning it to the collection tank or oil storage tank.
At room temperature, oil and gas are sent along the oil and gas pipeline to the condensation unit of the oil and gas processing unit. The compressor and pressure sensor installed on the oil and gas main pipe are interlocked. When the pressure in the underground oil storage tank rises to the set pressure value and lasts for 10 seconds, the system automatically starts running.
Low concentration oil and gas that have not been condensed enter the adsorption system, which undergoes adsorption desorption cleaning processes in two adsorption tanks. Under normal pressure, tank A adsorbs the remaining oil and gas components in the raw materials. When the adsorption is saturated, the system automatically switches to tank B for adsorption treatment. At the same time, tank A undergoes vacuum desorption to regenerate the adsorbent. The desorbed oil and gas enter the equipment's built-in oil collection tank for absorption, and the small amount of unabsorbed oil and gas enters the next cycle. The standard exhaust gas separated by the adsorption system is safely discharged through a flame arrester.
After entering the oil and gas adsorption system, the oil and gas * enter the A adsorption tank (A and B tanks alternate adsorption). The hydrocarbons in the air oil gas mixture are drawn onto the surface of activated carbon particles and remain there under atmospheric conditions. The air component in the mixed gas is not affected by activated carbon and enters the atmosphere after passing through activated carbon. During the adsorption process, oil and gas are adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon.

Until the pressure inside the tank reaches 150Pa again.
