INFICON has taken another step towards high-level leak detection by launching the HLD6000 refrigerant leak detector. INFICON has set new standards for the industry in terms of ease of operation, reproducibility of measurement results, and integration with local networks.

The newly launched inhalation probe is exquisite and compact, designed ergonomically to greatly improve leak detection efficiency. In addition, the HLD6000 is equipped with a touch screen display that can intuitively display measurement data, making it more convenient to operate compared to the previous generation product HLD5000. The data transmission diversity of HLD6000 leak detector is a series of products. It also provides USB interfaces, optional I/O modules, and optional fieldbus modules for data acquisition and usage, as well as integration with local networks.

• Compact, lightweight, and small in size

  A compact suction probe ensures high leak detection efficiency. The HLD6000 inhalation probe combines small size, lightweight, and ergonomic design. The nozzle of the gun is equipped with two LED indicator lights, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of leak detection in areas with poor lighting, thereby achieving more accurate leak location. The operator can determine whether the leakage rate exceeds the standard by the flashing of the indicator lights. The color LED status display light can constantly show the operation preparation status, measurement operation status, whether the leakage rate exceeds the standard, whether there are operation errors, and alarm status of the leak detector.

  The brand new human-computer interaction interface has an intuitive menu navigation system, and the operation is very simple. The trend chart of leakage rate changes can be visually displayed on the front panel, resulting in higher leak detection efficiency.

  HLD6000 can provide multiple analog and digital interfaces through optional I/O modules. The optional fieldbus module equipped can integrate HLD6000 with the local network. The measurement data can be transferred to the connected USB flash drive (USB flash drive) through the USB interface.

  The HLD6000 uses an infrared sensor, which has the characteristics of long lifespan, high sensitivity, and fast response, and is suitable for refrigerant detection.
