HUNDRED-4000 Zero level Air Generator

Zero order air (i.e. hydrocarbon removal device) is a purification device developed by our company for air hydrocarbon removal. Its principle is to catalyze the cracking of total hydrocarbons in compressed air to produce zero order air with less than 0.1PPM hydrocarbons (calculated as methane). In a heating catalyst containing platinum palladium support, the hydrocarbons are converted into carbon dioxide and water vapor. After passing through the device for removing carbon dioxide and water, zero level air can be obtained.

Zero gas generator is a commonly used equipment in laboratories, which can provide purging gas, carrier gas, and gas for instruments such as Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), gas chromatography (GC), total organic carbon analyzer (TOC), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and thermal analyzer. In addition, compressed gas can also be used in conjunction with automatic samplers for solvent evaporation, cleaning of laser gas chambers, and covering solvents and samples with gas.
