1、 Application of Industrial Explosion proof Gas Chromatography Instrument
With the development of the social economy, large modern enterprises such as petrochemicals, steel, coal, etc. are constantly being built. In the production process involving the storage, transportation, production, processing, and handling of explosive substances, explosive hazardous substances will inevitably exist. At the same time, human factors such as selection, installation, maintenance, and operating standards also constitute crucial explosion-proof safety issues.
The purpose and significance of using industrial explosion-proof gas chromatography in industrial production, especially in petrochemical production, many production processes have characteristics such as flammability, explosiveness, high temperature, high pressure, and toxicity. Many process media have strong corrosiveness, and some media are prone to crystallization and pipeline blockage. Corresponding technical measures must be taken to solve the protection problem of measuring instruments when used in these special places.
Due to the special nature of the testing environment, it is required that the testing instruments have explosion-proof functions and online monitoring capabilities, so that real-time monitoring of gas composition and content can be carried out in hazardous areas, providing data reference for controlling gas content in production. Not only does it have the ability to perform online gas detection, but it also has explosion-proof capability in explosive hazardous environments.
Although ordinary positive pressure explosion-proof cabinets can meet the on-site requirements for explosion-proof, compared with industrial explosion-proof gas chromatographs, they have lower integration, complex on-site operation and debugging, high gas consumption, and high energy consumption, so there are limitations in their use.
A typical online chromatograph only has an explosion-proof cabinet installed outside the ordinary chromatograph, but it has not been considered from the perspective of the chromatograph's own application. The chromatograph itself uses or tests substances such as hydrogen and toxic gases such as phosphine and arsine, but the explosion-proof cabinet does not consider the prevention of these components. Once these substances leak, the explosion-proof cabinet cannot output signals to the outside world in a timely manner and take safety measures (automatic circuit and gas circuit disconnection).
II HA-9680Explosion proof index of industrial explosion-proof gas chromatograph
HA-9680The industrial explosion-proof gas chromatograph passed the instrument explosion-proof safety supervision and inspection station certification in February 2022, and obtained the NEPSI explosion-proof qualification certificate for the product, with an explosion-proof level of EX d ib mb px Ⅱ CT4 Gb.
