When the elevator is activated based on the missing bottle signal sent by the bottle detection device installed on the umbrella tower, the bottles are placed on the umbrella tower by the top of the machine and slide to the edge of the umbrella tower to enter the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism pushes the bottle into the bottle drop slot under the action of the cam. For each rotation of the machine, each lifting mechanism acts three times, meaning that three bottles fall into the separate bottle slots on the outer rotating drum, resulting in higher operating efficiency of the bottle sorting machine. There is a bottle shifting star wheel at the bottle outlet, which sends the bottles into the air duct. The bottle shifting star wheel is connected to the motor spindle through a synchronous toothed belt.
