1、 Overview
The bottles are transported by the bottle air delivery system to the three in one gas filling machine through the bottle shifting star wheel. The bottle washing machine is equipped with a bottle clamp on the turntable, which clamps the bottle mouth and flips it 180 ° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In a specific area of the bottle flushing machine, the nozzle sprays disinfectant or water to flush the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and flipped 180 ° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth face upwards.
The cleaned bottles are exported by the bottle washing machine through the bottle shifting star wheel and transferred to the small bottle filling machine. The bottles entering the small bottle filling machine are held at the bottle mouth by the bottle plate. The filling valve is lowered and raised by the valve lifting mechanism under the action of a cam.
After the filling valve descends and touches the bottle mouth, it opens to complete the filling process. After the filling is completed, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition wheel.
The anti rotation knife on the capping machine locks onto the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it achieves the actions of grabbing, covering, screwing, and removing the capping, completing the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle dispensing wheel, and then transported out of the three in one small bottle filling machine by the conveyor chain. The entire equipment is enclosed by a sealed window, with the height of the sealed window higher than the equipment point. There are appropriate passages left at the bottle inlet and outlet, and an exhaust duct is left at the bottom of the sealed window.

Bottle flushing section:
This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for washing bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottle enters the equipment through a pull-out wheel and is clamped by a clamp and a flipping mechanism to turn the bottle mouth downwards. After rinsing with sterile water and draining, it is automatically flipped upwards and transported to the filling machine.Transition wheel

Filling machine
1) The filling machine adopts a faster filling speed while meeting the required liquid level for water filling.2) The bottle lifting mechanism and other parts use German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance free bearings, which do not require lubrication and can avoid contaminating the bottle, the materials inside the bottle, and the filling environment.
3) The filling valve is made of AISI304 and connected to the dynamic and static seals through stainless steel sanitary pipes. Under the action of the cam, the lifting mechanism is used to achieve upward and downward movement, and the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve to open the filling process.
4) All rotating disks are made of stainless steel AISI304. The power of the filling machine is transmitted through gears by the transmission system inside the rack. The supporting bearing is a large planar toothed ball bearing, which runs smoothly and reliably. The bearing is equipped with multiple reliable waterproof structures such as sealing rings and waterproof rings, which can effectively prevent water on the table from penetrating into the interior of the bearing.
capping machine
The capping machine is a single precision machine in the three in one system, which greatly affects the reliability of equipment operation and the defect rate of products. The characteristics of the capping machine produced by our company are as follows:1) Introduced the "ZALKIN" capping machine technology from France, improved it based on the production experience of aseptic filling machines, and specially invited experts and professors from the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Automation Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Mechanical Engineering to assist in the design. For example, the lifting cam of the screw cap (the main component for the smooth operation of the screw cap) was designed for kinematics and dynamics by expert professors while using the "ZALKIN" technology, greatly improving the smooth operation and reliability of the screw cap machine. II) The screw cap head is the main component for ensuring the reliability of the screw cap effect. Experts and professors have designed the mechanism of the magnetic ring to make the screw cap torque more accurate and the screw cap effect more reliable, which can better reduce the rate of defective seals.
2) There is a bottle feeding detection switch for the capping machine, which is interlocked with the cap locking cylinder at the connection between the cap guide rail and the capping plate to control the discharge of the bottle cap, ensuring that the feeding of the cap is stopped when there are no bottles and reducing the loss of caps for users.
3) There is a set of photoelectric switches installed on the lid guide rail. When there is no lid on the lid guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running and give an alarm, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of bottle without lid.
4) The anti rotation knife is made of imported materials, which greatly improves its effectiveness and lifespan compared to similar domestic products.
