Product Details

Infrared thermal imager is a science that uses optoelectronic devices to detect and measure radiation and establish a correlation between radiation and surface temperature. Radiation refers to红外热像仪的光路图The heat transfer that occurs when the radiation energy (electromagnetic waves) of the optical path diagram of an infrared thermal imager moves without a direct conductive medium. The working principle of modern infrared thermal imagers is to use optoelectronic devices to detect and measure radiation, and establish a mutual relationship between radiation and surface temperature. All objects above zero degrees (-273 ℃) emit infrared radiation. The infrared thermal imager uses an infrared detector and an optical imaging objective to receive the infrared radiation energy distribution pattern of the measured target and reflect it on the photosensitive element of the infrared detector, thereby obtaining an infrared thermal image, which corresponds to the thermal distribution field on the surface of the object. Simply put, an infrared thermal imager converts the invisible infrared energy emitted by an object into a visible thermal image. The different colors on top of the thermal image represent the different temperatures of the object being measured. By viewing the thermal image, the overall temperature distribution of the measured target can be observed, and the heating situation of the target can be studied to determine the next step of work.

Humans have always been able to detect infrared radiation. The nerve endings in the human skin can respond to temperature differences as low as ± 0.009 ° C (0.005 ° F). Although human nerve endings are extremely sensitive, their structure is not suitable for non-destructive thermal analysis. For example, although humans can detect warm blooded prey in the dark with the heat sensing ability of animals, better heat detection tools may still be needed. Due to physical structural limitations in detecting thermal energy, mechanical and electronic devices that are highly sensitive to thermal energy have been developed. These devices are standard tools for checking thermal energy in many applications.
