The FS series pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, with a steel lined polypropylene (F46, commonly known as the king of plastics) as the overcurrent component. The plastic lining thickness is 3-4mm, and this material has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for transporting various highly corrosive media. For example, various concentrations of sulfuric acid, various concentrations of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, various strong bases, and various organic solvents. The shaft seal is equipped with chemical WB2 mechanical seal. This series is available in two forms for users to choose from: bracket type and direct connection type.

Key points for using mechanical seals

The static ring of 152 type and WB2 type mechanical seals is made of alumina ceramic, and the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE. When using, the following points should be noted:

1. This seal is only suitable for media without suspended hard particles. Newly installed pipelines and storage tanks should be carefully rinsed to prevent particle impurities from entering the sealing surface and causing it to fail.

2. Before installation, it is necessary to first check whether all components are intact. If any damage is found, new components should be replaced before installation.

3. When installing, the static ring should be pressed onto the pump casing first, and the static ring should be compressed with a cover. When compressing, attention should be paid to applying even force.

4. Insert the moving ring onto the shaft sleeve, and then install it together with the coaxial sleeve onto the main shaft. After the pump casing is firmly connected to the bearing seat, adjust the compression force of the spring so that it is not too loose or too tight. When rotating by hand during installation, you should feel a certain compression force on the sealing surface, but it can rotate smoothly and flexibly. If there is no such feeling, adjust the compression force of the spring to ensure the sealing effect.

5. Disassembling the mechanical seal should be done carefully, and it is not allowed to use hammers, iron tools, or other objects to strike it, in order to avoid damaging the dynamic ring
