1、 Design: Using CFD technology, namely computer simulation of fluid field design, to simulate actual flow and continuously adjust characteristic parameters until optimal.

2、 Material: Due to the fact that the conveyed medium is a two-phase fluid and the medium is in a strong acid, strong alkali, or acid-base dynamic state, the material of the flow passage component is selected as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, a special engineering plastic with excellent corrosion and wear resistance.

3、 Process: When the inlet diameter of the pump is ≤ 300mm, a fully plastic structure is used. One time compression molding, anti-corrosion inside and outside, lightweight, beautiful, thick, and dense. When the inlet diameter of the pump is ≥ 300mm, a plastic lining structure is used, which has both corrosion resistance and wear resistance, as well as sufficient strength and stiffness.
