This all stainless steel filter is designed specifically for microbial detection or particle analysis. The sintered stainless steel filter membrane support pad ensures uniform distribution of microorganisms and particles on the surface of the filter membrane, facilitating subsequent microbial cultivation, counting, or particle analysis. The filter base is equipped with an independent switch that can be opened or closed as needed to control the vacuum degree at any time during the filtration process.
There are three specifications of all stainless steel filters, equipped with 500ml, 100ml, and 40ml funnels, which can be flexibly selected according to the filtration capacity. Among them, 500ml and 100ml funnels are covered funnels, and the funnel * has ventilation holes. During filtration, cotton plugs can be inserted or air filters can be installed to avoid secondary pollution. All stainless steel filters are single link filters. For analysis of large sample quantities, triple or six link all stainless steel filters can be selected.
