1. During installation, avoid environments with flammable and explosive gases.
2. It can also be installed outdoors, but be careful to avoid direct sunlight and direct rain spraying.
3. Before installing the electric actuator, the pipeline should be cleaned, and a filter can be installed at the valve inlet to facilitate the removal of impurities.
4. Vertical installation has a better effect. If installed from other angles, it is necessary to ensure that the cable interface position is higher than the direction position to prevent water from flowing into the actuator along the low potential.
5. The connection between the valve body flange and the pipeline should be kept naturally coaxial to avoid shear stress, and the connecting bolts should be evenly locked.
6. During installation, a certain amount of space should be reserved to facilitate other maintenance operations in the later stage.
7. Add bypass appropriately during installation in important areas for emergency use.
8. The valve body part needs to be insulated like the pipeline, especially when used for high-temperature media, it should be insulated. Otherwise, the high ambient temperature will affect the normal operation of the electric actuator.
9. Electric actuators must not be immersed in water, and wiring must comply with regulations.
10. Before powering on, ensure that the voltage meets the standard to avoid damaging the motor.
11. During maintenance, the power must be turned off.
