Rotate the output shaft of the actuator in the direction of reducing this error magnetic potential until the position feedback signal is equal to the input signal, at which point the output shaft stabilizes at the stroke position corresponding to the input signal.
Due to the double bar braking structure adopted by the two-phase servo motor, and the fact that the input signal and position feedback signal reach normal levels, the servo amplifier can send a dynamic braking signal to immediately stop the rotation of the two-phase servo motor. This can prove that the servo motor can quickly stop after power failure, thereby improving the system stability of the electric actuator, limiting the inertia coasting of the output shaft of the electric actuator, and overcoming the influence of load reaction.
