The fully automatic or semi-automatic empty can (bottle) unloading machine is mainly suitable for automatic unloading of three piece cans, two-piece aluminum cans, and glass bottles. The empty cans (bottles) stacked on the pallet are lifted and pushed layer by layer onto the conveyor, and then transported by multiple conveyors or turntables to the slide type can washing machine or automatic bottle washing machine, replacing manual can (bottle) discharge and improving production efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for large and medium-sized beverage manufacturers. PLC programmable computer automatic controller, photoelectric switch, travel switch, pneumatic control, etc. are all products from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, China, etc.
Working principle of rotary can washer (tinplate) The conveyor chain is sent to the filling machine for filling.
Spray can washing machine: It automatically sprays sterilization on the inner and outer surfaces of the can, and all materials are stainless steel. When flushing the can, first flip the can into the can washer and spray it downwards through a multi hole warm water pipe. The can then rotates 0.5 meters to achieve the purpose of cleaning, and then slide the can washer into the next conveyor chain. Be careful not to interrupt the tank inside the slide to prevent the water from flowing too quickly and not being fully controlled.
The soda can filling machine is a device developed based on the digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign (non gas) soda can filling and sealing machines (sealing machines). The canned beverage filling equipment adopts the principle of atmospheric pressure filling. When the empty can enters the lifting tray through the dial wheel, the filling valve and the empty can are aligned, the empty can rises and seals, and the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling liquid level blocks the return air pipe of the valve, the filling is stopped. The filled can is sent to the sealing machine head through a hook chain, and the lid is sent to the can mouth through a lid feeder and a pressure head. When the can support mechanism is raised, the pressure head presses the can mouth tightly, and the sealing wheel pre seals and then seals it. After the can is sealed, it is pushed out by the head of the capping mechanism and then enters the can delivery.
Liquid nitrogen filling machine function: After filling aluminum cans or lightweight PET beverages, the system will accurately measure liquid nitrogen and add it to the cans or bottles during the sealing or capping process. The liquid nitrogen added to the can or bottle will quickly absorb heat and vaporize (into gas), expanding its volume by 700 times. This not only drives out the oxygen at the top of the can/bottle, but also generates internal pressure, solving the problem of deflated cans/bottles. At the same time, the air in the product is replaced by nitrogen, improving the quality of the product and extending its lifespan. More importantly, it brings more than 15% savings to your packaging and transportation costs.
Internal pressure detection machine (pressure detection machine): Real time monitoring of internal pressure of cans and PET bottles after liquid nitrogen injection, as well as pressure detection of other gas filled products. It can quickly detect and eliminate non-conforming products and provide sound and light alarms. Users can monitor whether the front-end equipment is running normally at any time to prevent the negative impact of non-conforming products flowing into the market. When continuous non-conforming products are removed, it can promptly detect and warn the front-end equipment that there is a problem. If necessary, the front-end equipment function can be set to automatically stop to reduce the expansion of losses. In addition, with the help of this detector, it is more convenient for users to adjust the liquid nitrogen machine filling amount, and it is possible to determine whether the internal pressure meets the standard without damaging the tank body.

Automatic vacuum detection machine: Acoustic technology is specifically used to measure the pressure and vacuum degree of containers with little or no deformation of the lid, such as beer bottles, coffee cans, canned coconut juice, glass bottle seasonings, etc. The sound probe will emit high-energy magnetic pulses from the top lid of each container. The lid will make a "dong" sound when subjected to pulse flushing, which is directly related to the pressure or vacuum inside the container. After measurement and comparison, containers that exceed the user set exclusion limit will be excluded. Sound probes are used for non-contact online detection of product leaks. Acoustic technology can detect containers (iron cans, glass bottles, beer bottles) Cage (frame) system: This equipment adopts a fixed hydraulic lifting platform for semi-automatic framing. Cans are transported from the conveying platform to the canning platform and manually framed with a scraper. After filling one layer of cans, they are separated by partitions. At the same time, the hydraulic lifting platform descends one level to load another layer of cans until the sterilization frame is full. This system consists of one hydraulic lifting platform, multiple canning carts (matched with the sterilization frame of the horizontal sterilization pot), and one canning platform. Cage (frame) unloading system: This equipment uses a fixed hydraulic lifting platform for semi-automatic unloading: sterilized cans are pushed out by a canning trolley and sent to the hydraulic lifting platform for unloading. The hydraulic lifting platform rises one level, and the cans are pushed out one layer, which is then sent out by a conveyor belt to the packaging platform. This system consists of a hydraulic lifting platform, multiple canning carts (matched with sterilization frames for horizontal sterilization pots), and an unloading platform. Blow drying machine: This machine is a solid can blow drying equipment independently developed and produced by our company. It is used to blow dry the cans and bottles on the production line, and is convenient for labeling, coding, packaging and other processes.
