Product Overview

The petroleum product water-soluble acid and alkali analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T 259 "Determination of Petroleum Product Water Soluble Acid and Alkali". Suitable for determining water-soluble acids or bases in liquid petroleum products, additives, lubricants, paraffin wax, paraffin wax, and wax containing components. This product complies with the enterprise standard Q/DFY · 001-2008

operating steps

• After unpacking the instrument, please check if the accessories are complete and if there is any damage according to the packing list. If any accessories are damaged, please contact our factory in a timely manner.
• Place the instrument on the test bench, keep the switch closed, and turn the pressure regulating knob counterclockwise to the minimum position,
• Insert two support rods into the upper fixing seat behind the instrument, then screw them into the lower fixing seat and tighten it, and tighten the top thread of the upper fixing seat.
• Fix the clamp onto the support rod with double top screws.
• Connect the instrument power supply to an AC220V 5A power socket, ensuring that there is a good grounding wire.
• Turn on the power switch and adjust the voltage knob. The voltmeter indicates the voltage value input to the heating plate. Adjustments can be made according to the needs of the experiment.
• Different petroleum products can be tested according to methods.
• After the experiment is completed, turn off the power switch and turn the voltage regulating knob to the minimum position.
