CYKH-13 Battery Intelligent Activation Instrument

I. Overview

The CYKH-13 intelligent single cell battery activator has three independent usage modes: battery discharge mode, battery charging mode, and battery activation mode. According to the actual situation of different outdated batteries, capacity tests can be conducted on outdated batteries, low-voltage constant current charging can be used, or multiple cycle periods can be set to cycle and discharge outdated batteries multiple times, in order to activate the active substances that cause the failure of battery plates and improve the capacity of outdated batteries. Simultaneously equipped with application software, the collected data is uploaded to the computer for various analyses, enabling long-term monitoring of battery quality and identifying various issues that affect battery quality.

2、 Functional Features

1. Equipped with a 5.7-inch color LCD touch screen display, parameter settings and operations can be directly performed on the touch screen

2. All discharge (charging) parameters during the discharge (charging) process can be viewed on the screen, and the battery charging and discharging voltage curve can be displayed in real time, and the battery activation process can be animated. Online activation diagnosis and treatment of outdated batteries does not affect system operation

3. Equipped with power-off memory function: After the mains power is restored, the activator will continue to complete the unfinished work before the power outage

4. It has the function of testing the internal resistance of the battery pack, which can help determine the activation effect of the battery by testing the internal resistance of the battery

5. It has a parameter preset function, which can preset the discharge parameters in the instrument. When on site, simply adjust the corresponding parameters and start with one click, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to use

6. Powerful function, can charge (discharge) the battery separately, and continuously charge (discharge) the battery N times (no more than 9) in cycles

7. Full Chinese menu operation, with on-screen prompts for each step, convenient for users to use

8. The instrument has a built-in automatic calculation function for discharge current, which can automatically calculate the required discharge current based on the nominal capacity of the battery and the required discharge rate

9. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity memory that can store 32 sets of test data
