1Stainless steel magnetic pumpProduct Overview:
CQ type stainless steel magnetic pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pumps. It is designed reasonably, processed *, and has the characteristics of full sealing, no leakage, and corrosion resistance. Its performance reaches the * level of similar foreign products.

Magnetic pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the overcurrent components of the pump in a sealed state, solving the problems of running, emitting, and dripping that cannot be avoided by mechanical seals of other pumps. Magnetic pumps use corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, steel jade ceramics, and stainless steel as manufacturing materials, so they have good corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from pollution.

Magnetic pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, reliable operation, and easy use and maintenance. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, national defense, scientific research institutions, metallurgy, dyes and other units to pump acid, alkali solution, rare and valuable oil liquids, venom, volatile liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment and filter machines. Especially for the pumping of liquids that are prone to leakage, combustion, and explosion. This pump is a more ideal equipment for explosion-proof motors.
5Stainless steel magnetic pumpInstallation and Usage
1. The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal sound, and all fasteners should be tightened.
4. Check if the motor rotation direction matches the magnetic pump direction mark *.
5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.
Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
6、 Precautions for use
1. As the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to operate them without load, and at the same time, it is necessary to avoid idle operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet. If it contains ferromagnetic particles A magnetic filter needs to be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the auxiliary suction pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, the density is not greater than 1600 ^ kg/m3, and the particle size is not greater than 30 X 10-6 ㎡/S of liquid without hard particles and fibers.
5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use and the accumulated liquid in the pump should be drained.
After 500 hours of operation of the magnetic pump, the wear and inertia of the bearings and end face moving rings should be inspected. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, the axial displacement of the impeller should be 1.5 degrees? When 2mm, the bearing and axial moving ring should be replaced.

If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, and the axial displacement of the impeller is 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced.
