working principle

Under the rotation of the coating drum, the core moves continuously inside the drum. The peristaltic pump delivers the coating medium to the spray gun and sprays it onto the surface of the core. Under negative pressure conditions, the inlet air treatment unit supplies clean hot air to the bed according to the set program and process parameters to dry the core; The hot air is discharged through the exhaust air treatment unit at the bottom of the core layer, causing the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the core to quickly form a strong, fine, smooth and smooth surface film, completing the coating.
