Asphalt extender with printing functionSteps to use:

1. Connect the 220V power supply. Attention: The wiring should be secure, and the entire machine casing should have good grounding protection. The neutral wire cannot be replaced with a ground wire, otherwise the machine cannot start.

2. Check if all switches are set to the "off" or "stop" position. Otherwise, it should be corrected.

3. Press the "Power" button to turn on the main power and the power indicator light will turn on.

4. Heating: Place the heating switch in the heating direction, the indicator light will turn on, adjust the temperature controller's indication to the desired temperature, and start heating. When the temperature reaches, the normally open contact will automatically open, heating will stop, and the temperature will drop. The normally open contact will automatically close, and the temperature controller will function as an automatic constant temperature controller. Attention: Do not heat or cool the sink when there is no water in it.

5. Refrigeration: Place the refrigeration switch in the cooling direction, the indicator light will turn on, adjust the temperature controller's indication to the desired temperature, and the machine will start working. When the set temperature is reached, the refrigeration will stop. When the temperature rises, the normally open contact closes again, and the cooling system works again, playing an automatic control role.

6. To make the water temperature in the sink uniform, turn on the mixing switch, the water pump starts working, the mixing stops, and the water pump stops.

7. Stretching: Set the switch to the extension or retraction position, and the motor will be powered on. Turn on the switch on the speed controller, adjust the control knob of the speed regulating motor, and change the speed of the motor to change the stretching speed. Note that to ensure a static state of the water surface, the water pump must be turned off when stretching.

Maintenance points:

1. Due to the design of a high-performance refrigeration compressor, the placement of the compressor may cause the accumulation of refrigeration oil inside, making it difficult to start the compressor or causing the refrigeration oil to sink. Therefore, the refrigeration can be turned on for about 1 hour every three months.

2. When the freezing speed is too slow, it is a phenomenon of fluoride deficiency. You can fill F22 according to the actual situation. When filling F22, choose dry and sunny weather to prevent trace moisture from entering the fluoride tube. Please have an experienced technician repair and handle it.

3. After completing the experiment, be sure to add butter to the original screw and the parts that should be lubricated to prevent rust. Pull the closing nut to the middle of the sink to prevent the screw from sagging.
