Working principle and structural composition:

1. Working principle:

High frequency vibrating screen is a type of screen that uses a vibrating motor or a regular motor to drive or self vibrate, causing the screen body to undergo periodic reciprocating vibration along the direction of the excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic motion along a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of dehydration and media removal.

2. Structural composition:

The high-frequency vibrating screen consists of a screen mesh, a vibration source, a screen body, a vibration reduction device, supporting legs, an electric motor, etc.

When the high-frequency vibrating screen is in operation, the excitation force generated by the vibration source is transmitted to the screen surface inside the screen box through the screen box. As the excitation force generated by the exciter is a longitudinal force, it forces the screen box to drive the screen surface to undergo longitudinal forward and backward displacement. Under certain conditions, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward due to the excitation force. When it falls, the material smaller than the screen hole passes through the screen and falls to the lower layer. The motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface is a parabolic motion. Due to this repeated throwing motion, dehydration, media removal, and mud removal operations are completed
