Magnetic separator is one of the widely used and highly versatile models in the industry, used for removing iron powder from recycled powder particles. Magnetic separators are widely used in resource recovery, wood industry, mining, kiln industry, chemical, food and other factories.

Magnetic separators are suitable for wet magnetic separation of materials such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, and ilmenite with particle sizes below 3mm. They are also used for iron removal operations of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials, and other materials. The magnetic system of the magnetic separator is made of high-quality ferrite material or composite with rare earth magnetic steel, with an average magnetic induction intensity of 100-600mT on the cylinder surface.
