3、 Technical training:
The seller is responsible for providing technical training to the buyer's mechanical and electrical technicians, as well as their operators and maintenance personnel. The training content includes lectures, explanations, and operation guidance, enabling the trainees to master the production operation, safety operation methods, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of damaged parts of each workstation of the machine, until the buyer's operator can operate independently.
4、 Quality assurance and after-sales service:
1. The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems with the entire machine, components, accessories, software, etc., the seller shall be responsible for repairing, replacing, and troubleshooting free of charge (except for human reasons).
2. Upon receiving the buyer's fault information, respond quickly within 12 hours and have maintenance personnel arrive at the scene within 72 hours, ensuring that the fault is not eliminated and the maintenance personnel do not evacuate the scene. The buyer can enjoy lifelong free software upgrades, and hardware upgrade fees will be charged.
After the warranty period of the equipment, if there are quality problems with the whole machine, parts, accessories, software, etc., the seller will provide a wide range of discounted spare parts supply for life, and only charge a cost fee. (If the instrument is damaged due to improper use or human reasons by the buyer, the seller is responsible for repairing it, but the buyer shall pay the repair cost)
