Drive belt teeth and edge grinding machineIt is a flying knife rapid polishing machine designed and produced for the surface fuzziness and roughness caused by the basic use of grinding wheels in China. It uses the high-speed operation of the flying knife for edge cutting polishing, ensuring the consistency of the width and angle of the synchronous belt and V-belt at the end of one operation. In order to ensure its performance data, the feed rate of the flying knife polishing and the feed rate of the transmission belt are controlled by an AC servo system for micro variation. The whole machine adopts PLC and touch screen communication for human-machine dialogue, making the operation more convenient and easy to understand.
