Overview

Solid state contactor with no wear switch for switching solid state contactor operation, reliable performance, suitable for all AC power grids

Product Details

Solid-state contactor

Wear free switch switching

Solid state contactors work with reliable performance and are suitable for all AC power grids.

Compared with mechanical contactors, solid-state contactors have significant advantages in switching speed, service life, and durability. This is because solid-state contactors can switch stably and work reliably even in dusty or chemically corrosive environments. In addition, solid-state contactors can achieve wear free switching between resistive and inductive loads. The CONTACTRON series products include single-phase and three-phase solid-state contactors, with some models supporting commutation function.

advantage

  • Using wear-resistant electronic components, the switch is more reliable and the speed is faster
  • Anti vibration and impact, sturdy and durable
  • Built in locking circuit and load wiring, making wiring easier
  • Switch capacity 18.5 kW
  • Direct starting and commutation of three-phase asynchronous motors

Switching high-power AC loads

Phoenix Contact's solid-state contactors only switch in zero crossing mode, ensuring error free switching of the power supply network and avoiding the generation of high-frequency interference pulses. The advantages of on-site application are as follows:

  • There are two types of input voltage: 24 V DC and 230 V AC, making control easier.
  • Integrated locking circuit and load wiring function.
  • Optional installation of thermal fuses, which can shut down the module in case of overheating.
