Inductive proximity switch– XSseries
Our inductive proximity switch(Formerly known as“OsiSense XSInductive proximity switch)Specially designed for detecting metal targets, with a detection distance of up to60mmInductive proximity switch is essentially an oscillator with a coil that generates an alternating magnetic field, forming an induction surface at the front end of the coil.
When the metal target is in an alternating magnetic field, the induced current forms an additional magnetic field, preventing the coil magnetic field from alternating and oscillating. When an object approaches a switch, whether it is a conductor or not, it will always cause a change in the dielectric constant of the capacitor, resulting in a change in the coupling capacitance and a change in the circuit state, thereby controlling the on or off of the switch.
