The oil and gas separator forms a shield through the interception net on the separation disk during rapid rotation. After the interception net on the separation disk fully contacts with the exhaust gas, it uses the adsorption force of oil and water molecules to adsorb on the interception net. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the separator hits the oil and water molecules onto the inner wall of the separator, which can intercept the oil and water molecules contained in the passing exhaust gas in the oil tank and oil guide pipe. The interception rate reaches 80%, thus achieving the effect of oil and gas separation.

Performance Characteristics

The separation disc adopts double-layer purification, with steel wires arranged alternately on the first and second layers, which is equivalent to rotating one circle to separate and recover the oil fume twice. After two purifications, the purification rate is further improved, and the separation rate reaches over 90.7%; The traditional method is single-layer purification. The centrifugal shielding purifier has a speed of 1450 revolutions per minute.
