Efficient dissolved air flotation machine

Dissolved air flotation machine, also known as pressurized dissolved air flotation machine, is used for the separation of solids and liquids or the separation of liquids and liquids in sewage treatment. The principle of its pollution removal is to pressurize the air to dissolve more air in the water to form dissolved air water, and then use the pressure not to drop sharply to precipitate a large number of micro sized small bubbles in the water. During the process of bubble flotation, it will adsorb suspended solids and flocculent substances in the sewage and float together to form floating slag. After the floating slag accumulates to a certain thickness, it will be scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by the scraper and discharged. The clean water in the lower layer flows into the clean water tank through the collector, and a part of it will be used as dissolved air, while the remaining clean water will flow out through the overflow port.
