Overview

The eddy current sorting machine is divided into two types of non-ferrous metal sorting equipment: concentric and eccentric. The principle is that the internal magnetic core roller runs at high speed, and the non-ferrous metals in the material on the circular belt generate induced current in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field. The magnetic field generated by this current is opposite in direction to the original magnetic field, thus generating a large repulsive force (Lorentz force) on the non-ferrous metals, instantly ejecting them from the material to achieve the separation purpose

The eddy current sorting machine is divided into two types of non-ferrous metal sorting equipment: concentric and eccentric. The larger the sensing surface of non-ferrous metals, the greater the corresponding repulsive force, which is more conducive to sorting.

The eddy current sorting machine consists of an annular conveyor belt, internal magnetic core rollers, external magnetic rollers, etc. The magnetic speed inside the eddy current core roller rotates, causing a high-frequency change in the magnetic field. The high-frequency change in the magnetic field promotes the eddy current generated in the non-ferrous metal fragments. The interaction between the magnetic field generated by the eddy current and the external magnetic field promotes the separation of the non-ferrous metal fragments from the original material flow.
