The above is our company's standard design, but due to various reasons, the requirements raised by users are difficult to meet with the existing product series. Non standard design often occurs. Our company can design various non-standard towers according to customer requirements, and ensure that they are fast, reasonable, and economical.

1.1 Motor and Fan Efficiency

Fan: The standard, low-noise, and ultra-low noise fans used in our company's cooling tower are specially designed by our company, all designed with wide blades, large chord lengths, and twisted blades. Lightweight, high air volume, low energy consumption, low noise, streamlined high-strength air duct ensures uniform airflow at the inlet and outlet of the fan, reducing fan horsepower. And the blade installation angle can be changed to meet different process requirements and improve device efficiency. Fan vibration protection devices can be equipped according to user needs.
Motor: It adopts a fully enclosed cooling application motor with a protection level of P55380V/3 φ/50Hz, and can be equipped with domestic or imported motors and matching frequency converters according to user requirements.

1.2 Performance of the shell
The shell of the tower (including the low basin) is made of high-strength "FRP" composite material. The surface corrosion resistant and weather resistant gel coat layer is made of imported materials. Its color contains anti ultraviolet stabilizer, which has the characteristics of good quality, beautiful appearance, fade resistance, aging resistance, etc.

1.3 Performance of fillers
Our company uses hydrophilic materials as fillers, which can form a water film on the surface of the fillers and flow slowly. The water has sufficient heat dissipation time, so its heat dissipation efficiency is high.

1.4 Rotary head and nozzle

After years of operation, it has been shown that the rotary head is durable and will not be unable to rotate due to long-term use like aluminum rotary heads.
