Our company's explosion-proof industrial chiller units mainly have the following characteristics:

1. Integrated explosion-proof design: The compressor, fan, water pump, and electrical control box are integrated with explosion-proof design, adopting streamlined and beautiful design, process, overall coordination, safe, efficient, and stable.

2. Strict standards and safety: All components and supporting equipment of explosion-proof industrial chillers are designed strictly according to the required explosion-proof level. 1. Intrinsic safety type "i" (intrinsic safety electrical equipment and its associated equipment) intrinsic safety circuit:
Under the specified test conditions, the electrical sparks and thermal effects generated during normal operation or specified fault conditions cannot ignite the specified explosive gases or vapors in the circuit.
Intrinsically safe electrical equipment: All circuits are inherently safe electrical equipment.
The intrinsic safety parts of intrinsically safe equipment and associated equipment are divided into ia and ib:
Ia: Electrical equipment that works normally+one fault+any combination of two faults that cannot cause ignition.
Ib: Intrinsically safe electrical equipment that operates normally and cannot ignite under a fault condition.
It can be seen that the IA level is higher than the IB level
Associated equipment: Electrical devices equipped with intrinsic safety circuits and non intrinsic safety circuits, and whose structure is such that non intrinsic safety circuits cannot have adverse effects on intrinsic safety circuits.
2. Explosion proof type "d" refers to electrical equipment with explosion-proof enclosures.
It can withstand the internal explosion of flammable mixtures that have entered the enclosure without damage, and will not ignite the electrical equipment enclosure formed by one or more gases or vapors through any joint surface or hole on the enclosure.
