Equipment function:

The conveying equipment is used for the transmission function between the main equipment in the garbage processing and sorting line. The conveying equipment developed by Qinglv Environment includes U-shaped belt conveyors suitable for material transportation, flat belt conveyors specially designed for manual selection platforms and narrow conveying spaces, and large angle plate conveyors suitable for material lifting heights. In addition, specialized conveying equipment can be designed and produced according to process requirements.

Conveyor performance:

The conveyor equipment bracket developed by Qinglv Environment adopts a welded structure of cold-formed channel steel and cold-rolled flat steel, with high strength and rigidity. It is connected to the main intermediate frame of the conveyor using anti bolt pressure plates, making installation and adjustment very convenient. The intermediate frame is made of international channel steel, and its stiffness and strength are much higher than the domestic standard for ordinary universal belt conveyors.

In order to control the odor emission of the garbage sorting line, all conveyors are equipped with cover machine material collection trays, and are easy to disassemble and repair.
