1、 Application fields of vacuum box furnace

This vacuum box furnace uses 1800 type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, adopts a double-layer shell structure and Xiamen Yudian 30 stage program temperature control system, phase shift triggering and controllable silicon control. The furnace chamber is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The vacuum resistance furnace is widely used for heat treatment of metal materials in low vacuum, reducing and protective atmospheres; It can also be used for heat treatment of special materials.

2、 Main features of vacuum box furnace

There is a water cooling system installed at the entrance of the furnace, and the gas enters through the rear chamber after passing through the flow meter. There are multiple furnace inlet ports and combustion nozzles at the outlet ports, which can be filled with hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can be evacuated to a vacuum degree of up to 10pa. This furnace has the advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy saving. It is an ideal product for atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
