The GR.STF series sliding tube furnace has a reasonable performance design and integrates multiple functions, achieving ideal results in safety, reliability, and practicality.

1. The furnace body adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, with fans installed between the double-layer furnace shells to quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.

2. The furnace tube adopts 99 high-purity corundum tube or high-purity quartz tube, and both ends are sealed with SUS304 high vacuum flange.

3. The furnace material is made of high-quality imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, which significantly improves energy efficiency compared to traditional hard furnace materials such as electric furnaces. It has strong resistance to sudden cooling and heating. The heating furnace is composed of two parts, the upper part of the furnace can be turned backwards by 110 ℃ as a whole, making it convenient to take and place experimental materials and replace furnace tubes. The heating element adopts Swedish Kantar resistance wire.

4. The bottom is equipped with a sliding rail, and the furnace body can move left and right, which can meet the rapid cooling effect of firing samples.

5. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various heating programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is ± 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 20 ℃.
